A Gold Gift Box With 6 Truffles
I cook a rich and smooth “dulce de leche” caramel from my own recipe and flavor it with beautiful Mexican Vanilla instead of the regular extract. I fill a dark chocolate shell with a generous portion of this melt-in-your mouth goodness and seal it with more chocolate. Then I pour some melted white chocolate over the top and sprinkle it with a pinch of Espresso Sea Salt.
